What a shame, but this kinda crap happens all to often with small groups like this. Trust me I know first hand.

There's a long thread on the Indiana Railroads bull session message board discussing the circumstances that lead up to this. If the allegations are true, it's an organization any sane person should be steering well clear of and surprising that things didn't come to a head well before this point.
