Many deadheadeing cars
Unlnown Viewliner I sleeper
28017 Diner-Lite (rebuilt from Lounge II but not renumbered)
Several Amfleet II coaches
25072 Amfleet II coach
25012 (my) Amfleet II coach

Many deadhead cars, including new Viewliners of multiple types, random Suprliners and a HiLiner Lounge. Surprised so many cars were between loco HEP and the working train -- this makes available powwer somewhat unreliable. At least 26 cars total, all included. cars were lined up on highest-numbered even track when I arrived at CUS in AM.

A relatively short working train. I was shoved into the last car because after three lawsuits, Amtrak still can't take care of handicapped passengers. I was released "early" and promptly mowed over by the rush of passengers lined up in the Great Hall. All but one Renssealear passenger (me) was up in front, so the train had to make a double stop at Renssealear and a local police officer threatened the crew with fines, apparently not for the first time. Not sire local police can fine passenger trains, actually. Varies by state -- in Michigan they can't.

Last night's (and by default, this morning's) Pere Marquette had DOme Lounge 10031, in Phase III paint, in the middle of the train. It's had some body work done since I saw it last -- no dents or dings anywhere.
