Im interested in the U30B and U30C. The M&N could always use more GE power :)

We can sell you 2 out of the 3 U30Bs and we can sell you the U30C. We are asking about $134,000 for both. We are keeping one for our own power. We will send them up to you now if you wish. :D

Deal. Send them up via CSX. I tell them to drop them off at the Mt.Clare shops. Did you send up the engines you leased to us? What all has to be done to the U-boats?

We have sent all 4 Units we leased to you up to your Mt. Clare shops, and the U-Boats only have the fuel tanks and prime movers removed. We can send some with them if you like.

No thanks we have 16-7FDL primemovers, but could you send us the tanks. So the electrical components( wiring, traction motors, generator, etc) are in good or fair order?

Our shops have begun on the H-1b. If you need or want passenger cars, we got abunch of them in storage. We have coachs from B&O (most of which is used by us), PRR, RDG, N&W, and NYC. Most of them are shells or parts for our passenger fleet.
also, we got the remaining GEs from an order and we'll send you engines back later this week. Thanks for leasing them to us. The SDP34 was a great commuter engine and some of our crews liked the GP59 and the SD41-2. The SD60 was a good puller on Sand Patch. We'll send you this months lease when they return. Erie finished our order earlier than we thought.
CSX dropped off the U-boats we bought from you. Our shop crews didnt like the way they looked, but they got to work on them. They will be running like new in a few weeks.

We have the passenger cars. We can rebuild them. :)

Also, what can you tell me about this unit? CSX asked us to rebuild it.

Hmm, well it looks like a ex-BNSF, exx-BN SD70MAC. They represented BN's last locomotives bought new. All went to BNSF and still wore BN's "Executive" colors. They are primarily used on BNSF's Powder river Coal Basin out in Montana and Wyoming. It appears CSX kept the BNSF "Vomitbonnet" pattern, but replaced the green and white with Blue and yellow. The SD70MAC itself is a 4000hp AC traction (early models) diesel-electric locomotive, while the later models were rated at 4300hp. This particular model looks like a early model (smooth radiators instead of flared hoods.) The units are no longer in production. BN, CR, CSX, TFM (now KCS) all bought them. That's all i know about them. Hope this sheds some light on the engine.

Sorry if the image is small, but here you go. The first on is the SD70MAC in BN "Executive" and the second is a BNSF H3 SD70MAC.
