Who can help me?

I am looking at building some tracks in down town Detroit to go to Ford field and the Joe. I found a line owned my CN and wondered if anyone owns those tracks. I am looking at building sown the side of Gratiot Ave with a station a block from ford field and comerica park

I'm pretty sure CN still owns the tracks from Detroit-Toledo. The DR&EC would be willing to help fund for the station, assuming we also get to use it when our commuter system starts up.

CN owns everything in MI they origionally owned. While their tracks are generally off-limits in MI, if you only use a few miles that would be okay.

Ok apparently the GR&P owned the GTW. Now this would mean TSCR owns all GTW track...

Hmm, could we allow the GTW tracks to become CN again?

Okay, I found the map. This is the last map where the GR&P is found, and was created shortly before the mergers:

Ok I'll contact CN and work with you for the station as long as I get the game day trains

Well when atrain asked me to do heritage units for him he asked for GTW so that means he mustve owned GTW.

He would've claimed MQT because he ran over MQT tracks

He claimed ownership rights to any company he owned anything of....GTW Holly Subdivision was apparently enough

Using that logic must own part of GTW too....I own the C&M & GRE....but I don't, because I don't own the rights..CN still does.

Atrain, it's okay, but generally unless you buy the company, you don't get the rights
