CP has annouced the selling of the SOO lines in the midwest. The TSCR has acquired these lines but to avoid monopolization charges. They've created the MWRR as a holding company. To comemorate a long partner and fallen flag, the TSCR has decided to use the MILW scheme with a few tweakes.

I don't knwo the Upper Penn. very well, but just remember that MQT owns all the UP trackage under a subsidiary, Michigan Ore Railway....

DT&I and I via PMs sorted things out, and M&W will return to being the SOO, which in this senario CP just bought back up.

This will make the CP train through Michigan more realistic
