TLE&W getting a new engine?

Per posting on their facebook page it looks like the old switcher north of Sylvania, OH has been repainted, donated and is being moved by NS down to the TLE&W???

Good for them... I guess their new slogan should be "The Alco Switcher Road".

Is my recollection correct that the prime mover in that loco was taken from the LCRC's RS unit, after they shut down? I recall that near the end of the LCRC's operations their S-2 was still operational, but their RS whatever it was (2 or 3) was out of service on account a bad generator. After LCRC closed both locomotives went to the elevator in Blissfield. I believe they killed the S-2 by starting it up with no water in it, but I think the prime mover in the RS was still good, and somehow my memory is that it ended up being used as a replacement in that Alco that the Ottawa Lake elevator acquired from Delray Connecting. Or my memory could just be getting bad, as all of this took place better than 20 years ago now.
