The OC&M has trains into Toledo now, so it might interchange with the AA. Depends which yard your trains go to, though.

Ypsi has the old AA line from Toledo to Frankfort and somehow has a branch to Grayling too

What's wrong with asking about who he interchanges with?

My Penn Central would interchange with you at Toledo, via a transfer train from my yard in Lime City to your yard on the north side of Toledo. I don't reach any of those other points on your railroad.

Annpere is at the east side of Howell where the GLC crosses with the CSX Plymouth Sub, or in this case AA crosses the MQT.

When they were naming it, they didn't know what to call it, so the used the beginning of "Ann Arbor" [Ann] and the beginning of "Pere Marquette" [Pere].
Ann+Pere=AnnPere :D
