I will pay more than whatever MQT is paying. Whatever he wants them for, I will pay even more. No matter the price.

I'll take them from DT&I in exchange for new engine orders from Lima (We plan on getting more SD70ACes)

Oh yeah, I forgot about their orders for a minute there. I guess that leaves only 15 SD40's. You guys can have the SD40's. If these are still available, though, I'll take:

5 SW7's
3 SW9's
6 RS3's
8 U23B's
11 U33B's
35 GP30's

I guess I didn't have to order the SD40's. By ordering the rest of the engines, I get 68 new engines.

Consider them yours, I will have my shop forces get them ready to move and arrange routing to Lima. Due to the size of this order, I will send them in two or three batches to get them all delivered. Will update when they are ready to roll.

Can you get mine rolling on up to Grand Rapids? I will also take any of your SD40 parts stock you want to give up...toss them in some boxcars and stick them on the end of your train the GR.

Thanks MQT, now I know who to ship everything to :) I will work on getting everything ready to roll and start getting these units delivered to the appropriate railroads. atrain, I'll send you stuff to Kalamazoo since I know you own the old GDLK south of there. Michiganrailfan, I'll have DT&I's railroad deliver your units to you since he connects to Toledo and I don't right now. MQT, yours will be delivered to Grand Rapids again. There, we helped everyone out motive power wise and cleaned up our deadlines in the process.

Are you going to send them at the same time as the C425s??.....also, no need to fix them up, we are going to upgrade them to SD40-3s anyway, again, SEND PARTS!

Yep same route, up the GR&I Branch to Grand Rapids again. My shop guys need to give them a quick FRA inspection before sending them out on the road. Your SD40's are sitting in the deadline at Ft. Wayne and will be sent up your way tomorrow, scheduled as SPL-501, along with a few hi-cubes of locomotive parts that we have here in Ft. Wayne. As I gather up the remaining pieces scattered around the various yard shops around the system, I'll be sure to put 'm in boxcars and send them up to you. Power is scheduled to be SD45E's 6110 and 6125 with caboose 24540.

Cool....I love parts. We are planning a Wyoming Yard Expansion, and we will have a whole parts storage yard with 5-10 tracks, enough space for 100 cars

Please renumber the units starting at 3005 and going up, or let me know the numbers so I can give them a symbol when they enter the MQT roster.

cool, that means no symbols will be involved, because there are no conflictions with the numbers. We will handle renumbering then. Our shop workers can't wait to get started...We will delay our GP35 upgrade program and foucus on the SD40s because those are more important as raod units (The GP35s will be used soley as yard switchers)
