This is a scan from a 4x5 neg out of a collection I'm helping a friend get digitized
and cataloged. The photographers name is Walter Wilk. Kind on nice to work with a neg
that's 4 times larger than my 645s! The note on the bottom edge says 02-14-1948,
PM 1232, Plymouth, MI. Hard to say just where around Plymouth. I'm just glad to
see it.

GRHC - you know every night I can imagine he is in front of his computer screen sitting in his underwear swearing profusely and drinking Blatz beer combing the RailRoadFan website for grammatical errors.

Another shot by Walter Wilk. N&W Y6b 2110 with hoppers at Ironton, Ohio.
Unfortunately there's no date on this negative. Seems we're on the sunny
side of the tracks here so I'm guessing this is a westbound.

Nope not a A Class, A Class was 1200's like 1218. That I think is a Y class IIRC.
Yes a Y6b. 2-8-8-2. A's were 2-6-6-4

A, Y, I was only off by 23 letters . I've fixed the captions. Thanks Matt!
