Great start, enjoy.
I have got two words for you though.... Prototypical speed. It adds a lot to even the best layout. Maybe it's just the video playback, not trying to criticize, just offer feedback. Welcome to the dark side! --errr I mean N scale!

No hotshots just power heavy. Still getting used to the new Kato Power pack. I'll try to slow down.LOL :lol:

DE......is a what if of the Erie mainline from Marion OH to Huntington IN.. only bought out by a regional.
Anyother suggestions....

Starting on the Decatur Eastern in full force. N-Scale

Things have changed since the posting of the video.... Below is the start.

1/2 inch osb laid over a banquet table for the top. Thinking about puting foam board over the osb, as what I have now is like styrofom. YUK.....
This is going to be the South East turn loop. Preble will be in this location.

North Turn Around Some of Decatur will be in this location.

This is where the main part of Decatur will be. Looking at add a double crossover here.
Just before the bridges, will be CP State line.

The Entire route is double tracked now. Intermodel yard going in.. Preble grain is in.... Want to make an add on of approx. 4 foot. to make a basic u shape.
