DSR Catenary Vs. Q-Line Catenary

Hey everyone, just wondering what the difference is (if there is any) between the previous Detroit Department of Street railways catenary and the current Q-line catenary. Thanks!

a major difference is that part of the current route has no overhead wire. cars use batteries and recharge were there is overhead.
sad commentary is service was suspended when it got really cold because the batteries couldn't provide propulsion and heat.

The Q Line vehicles run on 750v DC energized catenary when the pantographs are raised. I. DSR days, the system was powered by street railway standard 600v DC traction power.
