I've had the pleasure of taking this train round trip from Chicago to New Orleans a few years ago. Although maybe not the best Amtrak run such as going West thru the mountains, it is a very good trip any of you Amtrak fans should take. There are many versions of this song on You Tube etc. but this is the best. Check it out.
