That is a neat collection I have read it a while ago. The whole site itself is pretty cool for city history.

Pretty cool. It looks like that information was posted by a Catholic priest :)

It has been posted here before but this website does a an excellent treatment of the Interurban in the greater Grand Rapids area.

The Grattan Twp. And Lowell Twp. entries list two different dates for the sale of the Greenville line from CSX to Mid-Michigan. I assume that the 1987 date is correct. Also, a portion of the "Dummy Line" remained in service into the early 1990's.
