Wyandotte in the mid-1990's
Other than the Amtrak Lake Cities, what would you see when you were railfanning in Wyandotte in the mid-1990's (or, specifically, 1993-97 or even further up until the Conrail breakup)? When I was railfanning then, there seemed to be slightly fewer freights on the Detroit Line than there are today. Was it the same for the CN trackage through the city?

Re: Wyandotte in the mid-1990's
CN was much busier in Wyandotte back in the 90s. Had a lot more manifest and coal traffic then.
Re: Wyandotte in the mid-1990's
That explains why I was more likely to see action on the Grand Trunk Western instead of on the Detroit Line back then.

I also think CR moved more trains then at night like between 10pm & 7am
