NYC Springfield-Indy Line

I was on the bike path along the old ROW of this line east of Troy,OH, and was thinking about the history of this line. I did some looking around on rhe Abandoned Rails site, but it didn't have too much more on there about the line I hadn't already heard, with the exception of the exact date of abandonment. So far I haven't been able to come up with anything on multimodalways track chart wise either. Does anyone else know any other details on this line.

An interesting tidbit, the ties are still laying alongside the bike path, almost like they were pulled over there during construction of the path. When the line was pulled in 1976, they must have pulled all the tail and left the ties to rot.
