Conrail S.A. still has trackage that goes alongside the Packard plant, so it would have been NYC back when they were still making automobiles there.

Instead of dynamite it'll soon be home to a lot of construction folks doing a conversion into residential and retail courtesy of a guy from Brazil that bought it earlier this year. Preparations and preliminary work has begun on the project.

Hes made a comfortable living doing projects like this all over the world. I doubt hed be doing it if he didnt think it would be a sucess

Residential and retail in the old Packard plant? What would be his customer base? The entire surrounding area is all welfare or homeless, or old people too poor to leave.

EBTs & Obama phones, Who else. Good base. But how many liquor stores, barber shops/weave houses and car washes do you need in one location.
