Throttle question

The Spinal Tap reference is exactly where I was going with the Notch 9 comment. I am glad someone picked up on that. :D

Hasn't always been 8 notches. There were exceptions - like 16 notches on the U25B. Most early switchers also didn't have any notches at all.
