Current News On the C&O, by way of Everett N. Young (associate editor)

Manifest train 206 is annulled, from between Detroit and Toledo. The former time slot, of 296, is now occupied by 190, which is now originating at Detroit, instead of Toledo. It leaves at 8:30, into Toledo, at 23:00, and arrives in Russell at 11:30.

Art Million, and both of the Lindholm brothers, report that C&O PC-101 (Power Car), is back at Grand Rapids, after spending the summer in Chicago, like it dose every year, and is now numbered 914101. PC-101 (914101) was rebuilt, from one of eleven mail and express cars (81-91), built by St. Louis Car Company in 1934.

Al Hinken, from Jenison, Mi, saw two wheel gons repainted sitting in Wyoming yard, on January 11th. They had been given a coat of bright red, with white lettering and logo, they were the 950359 & 950545, and dated January of 1982.
