CSX Montague Sub track charts

Unread post by Ben Higdon »

Many years ago I bought a book of CSX Grand Rapids Sub track charts from railfandepot (as I heard, they were drawn by an employee CSX paid to make the charts). I was never able to find a similar track chart for the Montague Sub - anyone know if that was ever produced? I have an old C&O track chart from around 1980 but I'd love to get a copy of the 1990's detailed track chart if it exists. Thanks!

These are great, thanks so much for sharing them. Do you know if these are available to purchase somewhere? I'd like to also see the pages from Grand Haven up to Muskegon/SD Warren but I don't want to ask to trouble you to post more. I'd be happy to pay for them. Thanks again!

Thank you Pudgy.

It does not appear there were any passing sidings on the Dupont Spurs. So they would have to shove their entire train into the plant to perform all the switching. I'm guessing that would take several hours to complete.

The Bernie Beavers drawings are from the early 90s, after CSX would've sold off the Elmdale Sub.
