PM Caboose On Bridge

Saw this image online and noticed the cabin marked "Pere Marquette A---" as well as a PM boxcar. Anyone have further info on this or when this happened? Looking at the photo it might have been on one of the swing bridges?

Wonder what the caboose crew thought of that ride.

I want to say this was in Grand Haven around the first part of the 20th century. I don't really recall the details but I remember the picture appeared in one of the issues of PM Tracks.

Guess, and only a guess(?) that they were shoving towards the bridge before it was fully closed, or wasn't fully in alignment. Caboose started climbing the girders. Crew dumped the caboose, requested relief shorts, and then someone had some explaining to do.

I would have to agree with you CSX_CO. That is what I would have said just my looking at the picture.
