CSX Katy Heritage Unit

When the supposed list of CSX Heritage Units we might see in the future was leaked, one of the possible units we could see was #1870 the “Katy”. Does anyone happen to know if this has something to do with the Missouri Kansas Texas Railroad? I’m asking bc last time I checked CSX doesn’t operate on any former MKT lines (unlike Union Pacific which we all know the story of lol) and if they did then how come no one has talked about it????
