The News Herald reported that a railfan was found dead at the tracks at Antoine street crossing in Wyandotte this week. No name but mentioned that his ID showed the he was from Allen Park and the neighbors stated they had see him there before watching trains.

Bummer... hopefully they'll release his name - we're a small hobby so someone on the board may know him.

You are correct. No one said he was. But that is the usual assumption when a body is found at or along the tracks.
