Possible Rail Fan Car Spotted in TC

I was behind a black SUV today in Traverse City with a license plate "TCTRAINS"
Is this one of our rail fans?

I hadn't thought of that. You picture even shows the back end of a black SUV. Michael is there anything you can't solve!
