Steam Locomotive Art
Going out on a limb here, hoping someone knows what I'm talking about! There was a company a while back that sold lots of handmade steam locomotive wall art. They were usually mounted in a shadow box and featured the front end of engines like PM 1225, NKP 765 and SP 4449. I believe they were made of wood and could even be lighted if you wanted. I think they also sold prints and other things. Does anyone remember the name of this company? I saw them at the Owosso Trainfest in 2009 and usually would see them at the train show in East Lansing, but not in the last year or so.

Seems like Schrader's had something like that in the back of their catalog. That would make sense because they are over on that side of the state.

Sounds like you're looking for Stoddart's Ltd. Co., at http://www.stoddartsltd.com.
They're taking a year off, but have a supply of stuff in stock that they can ship.

That's exactly what I had in mind as well when I read his post, but I couldn't remember the artist's name.fmilhaupt wrote:Sounds like you're looking for Stoddart's Ltd. Co., at http://www.stoddartsltd.com.
