On Thanksgiving Destination America will air a five hour train ride on the Alaska Railroad. Apparently it's for those who find other Thanksgiving programs too "exciting".

providing viewers with the single most boring program ever to appear on television during Thanksgiving ... even more boring than the Detroit Lions football game.

I caught this on cable a few weeks back. Interesting documentary. Lots of old varnish in the consist on the train these bands used to go from Oakland to New Orleans. Music was pretty good too.
