Looks like it could be the service shop at the wye of the Toonervile Trolley, Soo Jct.

The north wye of the Toonerville Trolley at Betty B Landing just east of the Tahquamenon River boat dock, at the north end of the Toonerville Trolley track.

AARR: correct on the wide range
Pixl: oh so close, right RR, wrong wye.
Rodney: ding ding ding.
Interesting day up there.. took the train from Soo Junction to the Tahquamenon River boat dock. Pretty rough ride, flat spots on a few of the cars, but enjoyable, 35 mins each way. Riverboat tour was 2 hours in each direction, with about 75 minutes at the falls. Seemed like the tour was sold out as they had to add 2 extra cars to our train, and the boat was crammed with people. Felt like cattle with all the people corralled down a narrow path to the falls. Captain gave very good narration on the boat ride at least.

I have a photo of my dad holding me standing next to my mother on the Tahquamenon tour boat vintage 1954 or 55. There was a chimpanzee on the boat:)

Possibly the Derby Depot in Berrien County. If so, it looks like it has been given some love

The Baroda Michigan Central RR Depot further south of Derby on the same line.
Very similar depots

That, indeed, Baroda, MI depot on the old Michigan Central RR branch between Galien and Benton Harbor in Berrien County. The old Michigan Central RR trackage between Benton Harbor and Baroda was abandoned in 1959. Passenger train service on the Michigan Central RR branch between Benton Harbor and Galien through Baroda, was discontinued many, many years ago.

Baroda, MI it is!
Here are two more photos, which give away the location.
The first one shows the village water tower.

The water tower is hard to read in the photo, so maybe I could have used it.
It says "I LImageVE BARODA.COM"

The second photo shows a "Baroda" sign on the building.

These photos were taken on 6/22/18, while I was going around the area photographing the flooding. You can see the ground by the depot is very wet.
Some area fields were flooded, and water even covered some roads near Baroda at that time.

I wanted to include this in the last post, but only 3 attachments are allowed per post.
