If it isn't Algonac my next guess is New Baltimore.
Michael wrote:AARR was pretty close with his guess of Algonac. That is what you meant right?
It is pretty close but actually between the two. I know where it is but I will let AARR find it.

Exactly. Let's see how fast Railord1949 can locate it

Fair Haven between New Baltimore and Algonac. Vernier Road can be seen in the foreground and the road in the background is M-29 (Dixie Hwy.) between the buildings and the north shore of Anchor Bay. All in Ira Township, St. Clair County. In Michael's shot above. That shot is looking south.

Correct. Built in 1907. It seems like a large depot for a town that is not much more than a blip on the map 111 years later.

Yes, indeed, that's White Pigeon on the former Lake Shore and Michigan Southern RR, later the Old Road, now Michigan Southern RR. That shot above is looking southwest toward the connection with the Grand Elk RR (another former LS&MS RR) just east of US-131. The farthest spur on the left in the background is the spur to White Pigeon Paper Co, paper mill. It's looking southwest from the S. Elkhart Street crossing all in White Pigeon, St. Joseph County. Final run of the remaining passenger train on the old NYC RR the Old Road line, between Elkhart, IN and Toledo, OH, was made on November 19, 1956. White Pigeon is located on US-12.

You obviously haven't been there on the weekend in the summer. It may be a blip on the map, but it's a madhouse when the weather is nice.

Yes, indeed, that's in Plymouth on the CSX where the Plymouth Sub cross the Saginaw Sub. Bottom shot shown the southwest wye from the Saginaw Sub west to the Plymouth Sub toward Lansing. Top shot show the southeast wye from the Saginaw Sub to the Plymouth Sub at where the Station 885 is located on Starkweather Street and continue on toward Detroit. All in Plymouth, Wayne County. Final run of the remaining passenger service on the former C&O Railway between Grand Rapids and Detroit (Pere Marquette) and the Sportsman between Ashland, KY and Detroit, were made on April 30, 1971.
