I think I recconize this one too, isn't it like a small yard/ industry track near that warehouse... I don't know why city but it is right off of US 23 somewhere (well?) north of Ann Arbor. That's where I think it is

That is looking West toward the diamond or former diamond. The building on the right is International Paper.
