Yes, Bond Plywood on E Saratoga Street, east of Hilton Road, looking south. in Ferndale, Oakland County. North of the west end of Moterm. The spur is east off the connection with the CN/Amtrak Line.

I did see a boxcar on that spur a couple times this year. Bond Plywood rarely gets much anymore.

Yes, its Howell, Livingston County. Looking south from McPherson Park Drive in the foreground. The spur was off the connection with the CSXT RR main line. Final run of the remaining old C&O railway passenger train nos. 11, 12, 14 and 15, the Pere Marquette, between Detroit and Grand Rapids with stop in Howell (train nos. 14 and 15 only) was made on April 30, 1971. The former International Paper Plant was closed last year.

Correct. Approximately one rail length from where I stood is two short sections of rail that replaced the GTW diamond. The discoloration in the grass is where the diamond was.

Yes, its the diamond crossing of the Michigan Shores RR old Sappi Paper plant spur and the old GTW ferry dock track with the old GTW RR ferry on the right just west of McCracken Street and just east of the old Sappi Paper Plant site. The Lake Express car ferry dock is about a mile east of McCracken Street. The old GTW RR ferry dock was at the foot of McCracken Street. All in Muskegon, Muskegon County.
