Within Detroit. Not off Conrail. Lots of new development in the area here.

All of Detroit looks like that. Somewhere along the boat line?

Yes, that's the Detroit Edison Public School Academy from southeast from Erskine Street, between Dequindre Cut Greenway on the right and St. Aubin Street on the left in the first shot. Second shot is looking northeast from the Dequindre Cut Greenway between Mack and Wilkins avenues. Dequindre Cut Greenway was the former GTW Holly Sub to Detroit Brush Street Station. All in Detroit, Detroit Public Schools district, in which the Detroit Edison Public School Academy is not part of that school district, Wayne County. Its Have a Detroit, MI 48207 address.

Yes, In Detroit. Old Conrail spur. Logically, this would have been CSX trackage. Another photo.

Old West Belt Branch or the West Detroit Branch that cross each other at Fullerton Junction. Look like the main line on the right in the bottom picture. Or it might be the Oakman spur.

There was a diamond and a tower here at one time, as well as being doubled tracked. IF this is the right place. :-)

The abandoned track/ties used to cross the active track in the 2nd picture. The active track is CSX. But not a mainline.

The old diamond where the old Conrail spur cross the CSX West Detroit Branch just north of Chicago W Avenue, Detroit in the second shot. The end of old Conrail spur is just south of W. Warren Avenue in the first shot.

Not that diamond. I believe the spur into Kimmel Scrap is what remains of the Conrail trackage.

That track sees more trains than the twice a week West Detroit branch. But not by much. Lite engine moves are most common on that track.
