Indeed, it's the Michigan AG Commodities, 131 E Sexton Street, Breckenridge, MI, At the southwest corner of Eastman Street, a pair of spurs to that rail customer
are both off the separate connections with Mid Michigan RR (former C&O RR, later Chessie RR) in Breckenridge, Gratiot County. The shot above is looking south towards M-46. Passenger train service on the former C&O RR main live between Grand Rapids and Saginaw via Greenville and Alma, was discontinued many years ago.

Correct. The Saginaw Valley Rail Trail starts (or ends) at this location too.

Yes, it's the Strobel Road crossing the Mid Michigan RR main line between Alma and Saginaw,(former C&O Railway main between Grand Rapids and Saginaw via Greenville and Alma, as in my previous rest of the my story, above. It's also the east end of the Saginaw Valley Rail Trail complete with a parking lot behind the photo taker's current position on the south side of Strobel Road near Paines, in James Township, Saginaw County. As mentioned in my previous rest of my story above, passenger train service on the Grand Rapids-Saginaw line via Greenville and Alma, was discontinued many years ago. Also, the final runs of the remaining passenger train on the old NYC RR line between Jackson and Bay City via Lansing, Laingsburg, Owosso and St. Charles as well as Saginaw, was made on Christmas Eve, 1959 Train no.391, the Beeline, Bay City to Jackson and on Christmas morning, 1959 train no. 390, the Beeliner, Jackson to Bay City.

Yes, that's Rockford, MI on the former GR&I RR, later Pennsylvania RR, later P:enn Central, later Michigan Northern RR and now the Fred Meijer White Pine Trail in Rockford, Kent County. Final run of the remaining old Pennsylvania RR passenger train, which was train#519, the Northern Arrow, that ran from Cincinnati, OH to Mackinaw City, Fridays only during the summer months, was made on Saturday, September 2, 1961. Its southbound counterpart, train#520 the Northern Arrow from Mackinaw City to Cincinnati, on Sundays only during the summer months, was made on Monday, September 4 (Labor Day)/Tuesday morning, September 5, 1961. The shot aerial shot above was taken in the 1950's I think. The river in the photo above is the Rogue River where the Rockford Dam is located.

In SE Michigan. I noticed a cemetery at the right of the above shot. No idea the name of the cemetery.

Got it!! It's north of Church Street and east of S. Mackinaw Street in Waldron, Hillsdale County. The silos in the distance is the Waldron Grain and Fuel. The cemetery on the right is the Waldron Cemetery. Final run of the remaining passenger train nos. 16 and 17 the Motor train on the former Cincinnati Northern RR (later NYC RR) between Jackson, MI and Cincinnati, OH with flag stop northbound at Waldron at 2:00pm daily except Sundays and regular stop southbound at Waldron at 11:05am daily except Sundays, was made on December 31, 1929. Just a mile west of US-127 and just north of the Ohio border. Local freight train traffic between Van Wert, OH and Jackson, MI through Waldron were down to two train runs per week from 1970 until its final run, abandoned and ripped up in 1976.
