Nope. Still way off. The tracks in the photo are from a spur that currently serves the lumber industry.

This is a good one, Michael. I thought I knew all CN's lumber customers in SE MI but I'm stumped for now

Finally found it!! It''s the CN spur to the Louisiana Pacific Plywood in Newberry (in the da UP). The shot above is looking east southeast. In the Tahquamenon Area Schools district, Luce County. The street in the foreground is Parmalee Street. Mailing address is Newberry, MI 49868. The CN line between Trout Lake and Munising can been seen on the left between the two bushes (trees).Michael wrote:~Z~ wrote:Based on that, I'm thinking it's the UP, eh?

It's been awhile since I've done one of these. Hopefully it's not too easy.

That's the E Elm Avenue bridge over a channel north of the River Raisin east of I-75 and east off the connection with the NS Detroit Line in Monroe, the Monroe Public Schools district, Monroe County. The Ford River Raisin Warehouse is to the right of the above shot. The spur line in the shot above is the Ford lead.

Re: Where Is It?
This is the FORD lead. NS (former Conrail) No traffic down this far anymore. But, with the port project that may change. (railroads were part of the project).railrod1949 wrote:Michael wrote:A spur in SE portion of our fair state
