If this was taken in August 1984, you would've been looking at a Conrail-owned bridge. By the end of the 1980's that bridge was only a memory. If you look towards the very bottom you can still see some rails.

Agreed! Water Street at the west end of the old Pennsylvania RR bridge over the Maumee River in Toledo. It was used by the old PRR passenger train, the Red Arrow that ran between Detroit and Mansfield, OH until July 25, 1959 when that passenger train was discontinued.

East side of US-131 over the Grand Elk RR track to the Otsego paper mill. Just north of Plainwell.
