Take a look at this photo, and tell me if you think, that the horizon is level.

It's fine with us here, but i suppose you sent it in to railpictures and they said not level. Very occassionally i nail the pic right on, but most of the time, i'll adjust it sometimes anywhere between .5 degrees and 3 degrees or so CW or CCW. I'd say about 1.5 degrees(just a guess) CCW would straighen it up.

Yea your right, I just no matter how many times I look at it, the only thing I can see, is the signal bridge. But if I level it then the train looks like it is going up hill.

Looks fine to me! but I know how stinking hard it is to get a picture accepted there. Some time I am almost sure that they won’t and they will! It’s always this or that, never good enough. Nice picture BTW :D

I use to navigate ships...fact has it...the horizoin, although a base for level, is not, due to the refraction of the earth. At sea, when the sun sets on a perfect horizion, it is actuall 7.25 degrees below, as you veiw it, due to the earth's curvature. Right acession equals, 360 degees, minus your sight.... How about that! It's called Hyper Parrellels... Sorry about he spelling!
