This is where you start to give hints. It's a pretty non-descript location featuring some tracks in the background and part of a street sign. Not a lot to go off of.

it is CN in the UP, on the Manistique Subdivision.

Looks like Gould City at the corner of Mill and Pine. I did a search for MILL street and found it.
