Retired Supreme Court Justice David Souter passed away. He was 85.
PatC created a monster, 'cause nobody wants to see Don Simon no more they want AARR I'm chopped liver, well if you want AARR this is what I'll give ya, bad humor mixed with irrelevant info that'll make you roll your eyes quicker than a ~Z~ banhammer...

RIP person in Kentwood on 28th near Radcliff that passed yesterday in a severe car accident.

All seriousness condolences to the family.
That same spot almost got my Grandma in 2021 during a horrible car accident, she made it out alive somehow but many others aren’t so lucky. 28th st is a mess, no wonder 28th/Kal, 28th/Ebeltline, 28th/Clyde Park, 28th/Buchanan, 28th/SDivision, 28th@U.S.131 are regulars on the roster of ‘Kent Co Most Dangerous Intersections’ (by accidents).
Stay safe out there!

My brother and I were in his car at a stoplight there at Radcliff facing west. Light turned green for the left turn, person about a car length behind us hits the gas and rear ends us. Pull into Arby's parking lot, she's driving on a suspended license, begs us not to call police... She went to jail. Bumper messed up but we felt ok.
I avoid 28th whenever possible.
