NO NO NO NO NO NO NO

This was the Seaboard Air Line, it ended just to the south of the image location in Homestead.
Someone got confused with the Florida East Coast which was a couple of blocks east and had gone to Key West.

The next southernmost location was in Brownsville, Texas and has been replaced by a new route to the west and north of town.

Yes, that's SW 10th Avenue and the former Seaboard Air Line RR line, both looking north in Homestead, Miami-Dades County, FL. It's between SW 6th Street and SW 10th Street. Passenger train service on the former SAL RR line was discontinued many, many years between Miami and Homestead, FL.

Somewhere at the northernmost end of a railroad line in Quebec or New Brunswick, both in Canada?

Agreed with DaveO, it's Amherstburg, ON, Canada, looking north along the Essex Terminal RR toward Windsor. The road to the right is Thomas Road. Bluewater Michigan Chapter ran a passenger excursion from Windsor to Amherstburg and return in May, 1987. Regular passenger train service on that railroad ended many, many years ago. In Michael's shot!
All in Amherstburg, Anderdon Township, Essex County, ON, Canada.

Back to Michigan. I'll try one of these, though this one may be too easy.

Yes, Michael & ConrailDetroit. The southernmost remaining tracks along the Dequindre Cut, a little south of Mack (where the DCON crossing has been paved over).
