Shoutbox Color for DarkEQ style(default)

Updated the color on the shoutbox for those that use DarkEQ(forum default). Color should now be easier on the eyes 
Matches the rest of the board...for some reason, it was combining DarkEQ for the rest of the board, and subsilver for the text color in the shoutbox.
