Suggestion: Train-Sim Downloads Location

I know some of us here use Microsoft Train Simulator, Auran Trainz series, or that Kuju Rail Simulator (If anybody uses it), but could we have a downloads spot on this site for our Michigan-related content for the Train Sims such as Michigan routes, reskins of locos and rolling stock of railroads in Michigan, etc.
