New forums (train location updates and scanner feeds)

Added a couple of new forums to the site, being "Train Location Updates / Heads Ups" along with "Railroad Audio Feeds and ATCS." With the daily posts about where CSX/GRE/MQT are each day, along with another thread about NS, thought it would be easier just to have these all in one area to be able to more easily look up the previous day's information if needed. Please also post any heads up information so spotters(us railfans) can find the train down the line.

The other forum is for the audio feeds and ATCS. More information will be added to this as time permits. The Grand Rapids audio feed is indeed online, but need to tinker with things for a bit. ATCS is also in this section, with maps and feeds of CN in each direction from Durand. Mike and Steven were a big part in getting this feed up, along with most of the ATCS installs for that portion of the forum, so they'll be moderators for that forum.

Looks good, Zack. I would suggest moving the CN ATCS info/tricks thread over to the ATCS forum, and maybe make it sticky. That would be a good spot for that info.
