is it just my connection here at work or is railroadfan.com exceedingly slow last few days?

i've had the same problem mine is slow sometimes and several times it kicks me out and give's me page not availble..

It crawling at 5:55 pm. been this way for a day or so other times it is good

I've written into the host about this ongoing issue the past few days... the MySQL server that runs most of this site has been restarted at least 4 times that I've seen in the past 3 days, last time being 3 hours ago. I hope for an answer out of them soon.
