Ohio/Illinois/Indiana forums

There's a few more forums to choose from now. Since we've had a decent increase in members from Ohio, Illinois, and Indiana, I've opened up a forum for each of those states. As we've grown outside of our Michigan borders(especially since lots of the meets are over the boarders), thought it makes sense to expand to those regions.
You'll also notice the Railroad Audio Feeds and ATCS forum is now a subforum of the Railfanning Information forum.
Also, the Upper Michigan section has been merged with the Lower Michigan section to become just Michigan Talk.
Took care of a few of those yellow icons and turned them to white or red as needed.
