1/22 Updates

Added a few new things. As you can see, Railfanning Information has been added as a new area. I've moved some threads over here for this new area. The organization of some of the forums got moved up or down and moved around as well.
In the gallery area, when you click on a picture, there is a filmstrip at the bottom. I increased the number of photos shown from 5 to 7.
Also updated Owosso area with 18 new photos. Lansing to come next and maybe Fostoria one of these days.
Picture of the Week was also updated, BB featured poster this week.
