I think the rules here are about the same as on one of my aviation forums.

Be polite. You can say almost anything without making it a personal attack. There were political forums on one forum, and I watched friends become bitter enemies over things that were posted there.

Keep it reasonably clean. Some do rightfully get offended by too many four letter words.

Think before you hit the 'submit' button. What you think sounds OK may be taken wrong on the other end because of the lack of tone of voice.

Just my humble, but I think Zack has been more than fair in the past.

Thanks for the note Norm... try to be as fair as I can...
I try to run a fairly clean ship.. when it rarely happens that someone gets out of line, we have a chat...
Now, if it happens too often and we can't seem to avoid it, unfortunately, this happens:

Sounds like the Redneck approach.

If it is supposed to move, and doesn't, get the WD40.

If it isn't supposed to move, and does, get the duct tape.

You'd be amazed at how much duct tape is used on airplanes.

Had some differences between a old friend of mine, their friend stepped in called me out on the truth, and I lost it, but its all good now, me and the old friend are old friends again, and I stopped flipping out on little things. Had to work out some of my own issues to realize I treated an old friend like poop
