Chasing GLC's Cadillac Turn north

Unread post by Pie39 »

Today, I left Northville around 4AM and went straight to Cadillac. I just caught them leaving for Petoskey, so despite snowy roads I gave chase.

This first shot is from Fife Lake: https://www.flickr.com/photos/63930868@ ... otostream/

Then somewhere near Kalkaska: https://www.flickr.com/photos/63930868@ ... otostream/

I shot one more crossing in Kalkaska and decided to call it a day, but I was still driving north, and I saw a freshly-plowed crossing in Mancelona. You guys know what happens next. :D

After that I headed home. It was a lot of fun, though it never got above 15 degrees! I got my car stuck and unstuck a few times...it all worked out!

Nice shots, thanks for sharing. I lived in Fife lake for about 9 years just a couple blocks from that crossing. Its good to see the GLC again.
