A Visit Around the Downriver Area (Pictures)

Unread post by Tier4GEVO »

11/04/2017: A quick trip to the Downriver area yielded some nice trains before the storms came.

First up is CSX Q507-04 heading south through downtown Romulus.

Now at New Boston, Q253-02 prepares to head north to drop off a cut of autoracks at Wayne.

At Wyandotte, CN A45161-04 heads north.

And last but not least, CN M38331-03 heads south through Wyandotte with a killer lashup.

Thanks for sharing. I used to hang out at Wyandotte a lot, before I moved to northern Michigan. Not a lot of trains up here.
Who owns that black and red GP30 on the right in the New Boston pic?

I'm not sure to be honest, I'm wondering also.

It looks like there is another black and red loco right behind it and barely visible.

Thanks. Can't get a good look, but the top of the cab sort of looks like a GP30. But probably a 7 or 9 rebuild.
