NS tie gang at Conrail's River Rouge yard.

The NS mainline (tie) production gang arrived at Conrail's River Rouge yard just before noon today after finishing up at Mack yard. And should be done by weeks end.

On the Detroit Line south of Trenton there are new excess ties awaiting to be picked up.

Nope, waiting to be installed. Gang is headed that way after the Rouge.

Gang is now gone. Starting at M.P. 20 on track # 2 on the Detroit line working south.
