Q106 with Ferromex and KCS power

Unread post by Huelsy'sTrainBlog »

I was able to catch this in Dawn, Ohio last evening. Dawn is at the intersection of U.S. Route 127 and Ohio Route 47 on the CSX Indianapolis Line, there is a road that parallels the south side of the tracks under 127 the embankment to the bridge can yield a great shot! This is my first attempt at multiple angle videos. Any help would be appreciated.

Wow, why would Mexican power be up this far north? How does that work?

It's an undocumented immigrant.

Portions of the Q106 train start/end in Mexico. You'll see KCSM and FXE power on it occasionally. I would assume it's HP HR balancing between FXE and KCS.
