CSX's D707 local train departs Wyoming Yard in Grand Rapids, MI, behind the 3000-hp SD40-3 in the long hood forward position.

The train waddles through the east end plant known as Plaster Creek from the Old Even Lead over to the Main Track, which will become main #2 about a mile down as the Sunnyside Lead becomes #1 track at Godfrey

Ep. 368: CSX Wyoming Yard Job Y195 over Plaster Creek

CSX's Y195 yard job crosses over Plaster Creek on the City Market Lead off Wyoming Yard in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

The crew is taking this cut of boxcars to Columbian Storage company. Once upon a time this lead saw daily or better action with hot reefer and other traffic into the "Market" district where many of the city's perishables were distributed from. Even now the area is full of food handlers, but only Columbian sees rail traffic
