Well I couldn't resist the temptation to go see it so we went for the last run on Sunday. We waited at Bucyrus for about 2 hours but missed it once a break was needed. Really hope christmas comes fast so I get a scanner. We drove north to Attica and got her passing through there. The we hustled to Bellevue to catch her pulling into the terminal. Also caught a few other trains while we were there. She takes the pics while I play cameraman.

As for railfans getting out of control, all I can say is stay the heck off the tracks. Saw everone crawling all over them, even 1 person bicycling down them in Bucyrus. When the train came the ones who didn't really keep their distance were the locals. In Attica I was set up too close because I assumed it was going to run on the west track, when it passed on east I backed off and left the camera filming.
